Industrial Rubber Sheets & Component Linings

Manufactured by HILFLEX® in India to IS 1891 and DIN 22102

Along with conveyor belts, HILFLEX® makes industrial rubber sheets for plants that need rubber for sealing, lining, damping or pulley lagging. The same rubber compounding know-how that goes into our belts goes into these sheets.

You can choose the rubber grade to suit the job: natural rubber for general wear, nitrile where oil is present, neoprene or EPDM for weather and chemical exposure.

Frequently asked questions

Which rubber sheet is used for pulley lagging?

Diamond-profile rubber sheet is commonly used for pulley lagging because the pattern improves grip between the belt and pulley.

Can you make sheets for oil-contact areas?

Yes. Nitrile rubber sheets are made for areas with oil or grease.

Do you supply rubber sheets with conveyor belt orders?

Yes. Many customers order lagging and lining sheets together with their belts.
