Oil & Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt (OHR Series)
Manufactured by HILFLEX® in India to IS 1891 and DIN 22102
Some materials are both oily and warm. Solvent plant meal, oil cake, soybean and animal fat products are common examples. Oil alone makes a normal belt swell; heat alone makes it harden. Together they wear a belt out fast.
HILFLEX® OHR (also called ORHR) belts are made for this mix. The cover resists oil penetration and surface cracking, so the belt keeps its shape and grip for longer.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between OHR and OCR?
OHR is for oily material that is also warm. OCR is for oil and chemicals at normal temperatures.
Is OHR suitable for very hot material like clinker?
No. For very hot material without oil, use our heat resistant SHR or UHR grades.
