The HILFLEX® Chevron Conveyor Belt is engineered to transport loose, granular, or bulk materials efficiently up steep inclines ranging from 22° to 45°, eliminating rollback and slippage. Its integrally molded cleats—available in V-type, U-type, Y-type, and other specialized patterns—provide excellent grip, enabling higher throughput in compact layouts without the need for special idlers.
Built on a high-tensile EP or NN carcass, the belt is reinforced with abrasion-resistant rubber compounds and can be tailored to meet requirements for heat resistance, oil resistance, and fire resistance (FR). Ideal for industries such as mining, quarrying, cement, agriculture, and mobile crushing, where conventional flat belts fall short under load and slope conditions.
