1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by HILFLEX® Rubber Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The company was incorporated under the name Hilton Beltings India Pvt. Ltd. We changed our company name to HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd. and adopted our own registered trademark, HILFLEX®. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued on the change of name is shown on our home page and is available on request.

2. Our only brand is HILFLEX®

All conveyor belts and rubber products made and sold by HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd. are sold under the HILFLEX® brand only.

• We do not manufacture, sell, market or promote any product under a “Hilton” brand or trademark.
• We do not use “Hilton” as a brand name, trademark or product name on our belts, packaging, invoices or advertising.
• We have not authorised any dealer, distributor, trader or online seller to sell any product under the “Hilton” name on our behalf.

3. Why the word “Hilton” appears on our websites

The word “Hilton” appears on hilflex.com and hiltonbeltings.com only to state our former company name, Hilton Beltings India Pvt. Ltd., so that customers who knew us by that name can find us. It is a factual reference to our own company history. It is not used as a brand for any product. We do not claim any right in the “Hilton” trademark.

The domain hiltonbeltings.com is owned by HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd. and is kept only to inform former customers about the change of name.

4. No connection with other “Hilton” sellers

HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is not connected with, and does not endorse, any company, trader, dealer, online marketplace seller or website that is currently using the name “Hilton” for conveyor belts, rubber products or any other goods or services. We are not responsible for the products, quality, prices, warranties, claims or conduct of any such party.

5. How to buy genuine HILFLEX® belts

• Genuine HILFLEX® belts are invoiced by HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd.
• If you are buying through anyone else and want to confirm the product is ours, write to info@hilflex.com or call +91 94254 04445 before placing the order.

6. Trademarks

HILFLEX® is a registered trademark of HILFLEX Rubber Pvt. Ltd. Any other names or trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only for identification.

Product details, specifications and images on this website are for general information. The final specification for each order is as per our quotation, data sheet and invoice. We may update the content of this website at any time without notice.
