Oil & Chemical Resistant OCR Grade Conveyor Belt
Manufactured by HILFLEX® in India to IS 1891 and DIN 22102
Oil is one of the fastest ways to ruin an ordinary rubber belt. The cover soaks it up, swells, loses strength and starts peeling. Where oils, solvents and chemicals are all present, the damage is quicker still.
HILFLEX® OCR grade belts use specially formulated rubber compounds that resist swelling, hardening and degradation from oils, solvents and industrial chemicals. They are made at our Jalandhar unit, which handles our oil and chemical resistant belts.

OCR or OHR?
If the material is oily but also hot, choose our Oil & Heat Resistant (OHR) belt. If oil comes with chemicals at normal temperatures, OCR is the better choice.
Details we need
Type of oil or chemical, material temperature, belt width, length, plies and cover thickness.
Frequently asked questions
What does OCR stand for?
Oil and Chemical Resistant. The cover compound is made to resist both.
Will an ordinary M-24 belt work with oily material?
It can run, but oil usually makes the cover swell and wear out early. An oil resistant grade lasts longer.
Can I get a test report?
Yes. Data sheets and quality test reports are available on request.
