Stone crushers and quarries
Crushers along the highways of Madhya Pradesh mostly run basalt and granite. Sharp-edged hard rock cuts a belt cover faster than limestone does, so for primary and secondary crusher discharge we suggest SAR with a thicker top cover. For finished aggregate going to stockpile, M-24 is usually enough. If the stockpile conveyor is steep, a chevron belt stops material from rolling back.

Which belt should a cement plant in Satna or Maihar use for clinker?
Clinker needs a heat resistant belt. Our SHR grade suits most clinker conveyors. Where clinker comes off the cooler very hot, use UHR grade. Tell us the material temperature at the belt and we will confirm the grade.
Do you supply fire resistant belts for coal mines in Singrauli, Chhindwara or Shahdol?
Yes. Our FR grade is made for underground mines, tunnels and coal handling where fire safety matters. For opencast mines and coal handling plants, M-24 or SAR is often enough.
